With warmer days ahead, the Borough of Huntingdon installed the brass plaques that identify public art works along the Paper Trail, the public art initiative that commemorates the work and philanthropy if J.C. Blair and Huntingdon’s connection to the paper industry. Starting at the mosaic mural on Penn and 8th Streets in Huntingdon with an explanatory inscription, individual plaques are mounted near the corresponding murals. The plaques list, the artist(s), funding sources, title and year of creation of the work. The HCAC hopes to print a brochure or publish an ipod walking tour.
