To better reflect the dynamics of the Huntingdon County Arts council, the Bylaws Committee will present new bylaws at the Annual Meeting on December 8th. The Bylaws Committee, comprised of John Kearns, Adam Pfingstl, Matt Dingo, John Dickison, Maria Pettinger, and Ilona Ballreich, reviewed the current Bylaws and suggest a series of changes.
