The Greenwood Furnace Folk Gathering 2011 came to a close on a sunny, fall-like Sunday, September 18. Over one hundred participants enjoyed a weekend of folk music at the namesake park with workshops, concerts, dancing and jamming for all.
Rep. Mike Fleck presented Dale and Clyde Wilson of Huntingdon County with this year’s Heritage Musician Award. Clyde and Dale continue to play music with the Stone Valley Boys.
